What is the Returns process?

If you are not 100% happy with your Sub Sports product, please simply return this, via post, to the following address:

With all returns, please include a copy of your invoice, along with a short note indicating your issue, confirming whether you would like to receive a free exchange or a full refund.

If you cannot locate your original invoice, please include your order number and the above requested information.

For exchanges, please let us know when you wish to receive a different size or colour.

I have a defective item, can I still return it even though it has already been worn?

These items are treated the same as normal returns. If you have a damaged or defective item, please return this to our address and we will ensure a free exchange is sent out.
If this item happens to be out of stock at the time of return, we will then issue you with a full refund of the purchase amount.


Am I able to receive an Exchange, or am I required to place a separate order?

We are more than happy to offer you an exchange for your unwanted item.
